i got a very important question that will help alot of people too. I got bad shyness issues with other people and on top of that, I get so lazy doing the subconscious releases, and if i dont do it two days in a row, i keep having negative thoughts like im a piece of shit if i dont do this tonight, "the answer to my problems are already here and yet im so fucking dumb and lazy just for skipping for a few days" Should i barrel through and keep doing those releases every day or should i just do it …

Nah man, I live in the Philippines. I learned a lot from dating advices in USA. It changed my life. But sometimes I still wonder if all their advices can be applied in Asia? Or are girls here more conservative
