That's a basic problem that happens to almost everyone. Just practice. You're just too nervous to remember and apply the things that you've learned. All you need is to go outside and screw up a couple of times again. Then you'll be able to calm yourself down. It takes time and practice. You're in the RIght path. Don't worry bro.

Create a sentence. For ex: I like dogs Take a word from that sentence Create a new sentence with that word. For ex: Dogs are friends of humans. Do the same thing for a long time. It will improve your mind for linking between things and keep the conversation going on. Example: I like dogs Dogs are friends of humans Unfortunately I don’t have many friends here I came here 2 years ago What is the sport you wish you started to do 2 years ago? Doing sport is so important for health Etc etc

Right. I can talk about entrepreneurship, how to grow a business, global marketing and making money for hours but It just hit me the fact that I don’t have anything interesting to talk about other than that.
