Do you honestly believe this "statistic" backs up your claim? This doesn't even remotely make the claim that rape stats for SDAs are higher than the general population. How is this a statistic at all? It's a news report about an incident on one tiny island.

Do not talk down to me. You need to work on not feeling attacked all the time. I was stating my opinion/observations, not attempting to speak down to you. We are having a calm discussion, don't freak out at normal manners of speech that were never intended to be offensive. Consider this a lesson in maintaining frame. As per your arguments, you have your own points and I understand them. We will have to agree to disagree. It appears that most of RPW does not agree with you either. Do you think yo…

Not being supportive, being distant, acting apathetic, not being affectionate, and not verbally communicating with your partner, to the best of my knowledge, are not RPW traits. Of course there is no disagreeing with this, but you seem to be missing the integral RPW concept of behaving in such a way only toward the right man. Do you think a self-respecting RPW will give freely of her love, emotional support, physical affection, etc., to a man who shows no promise of committing to her? Obviously …

I understood your view to be that he should not marry her, since she exhibits behavior he doesn't like. Her behavior that he doesn't like is her requirement of marriage and commitment. Frankly, that is behavior that all RPW will exhibit, and if he dumps every woman who displays such behavior, he will never reach his goal of marriage. That was my point.
/r/RedPillWomen10/02/15 01:54 AM

Your advice is fair enough and raises some good points, but you have to take into consideration the nuance of dealing with actual RPW-like women. With your view, a RP man could decree that he "doesn't feel like committing to" and "doesn't like her behavior" of any woman who doesn't sleep with him on the first date. Obviously he's just ruled all RPW out of his marriage pool. In order to get a LTR quality woman, you have to put up with inconvenient behavior such as demanding commitment (OP's probl…

He explains in the OP that he is a traditional man, most likely with traditional goals and values aligned with the values of RPW. He seems to place value on marriage, to the point of not living together with a woman without that ultimate commitment. His priorities are different than yours and you should respect that, like the ladies and mods commenting here are. Not all men are interested in plating and playing the field, why should be compromise his values? He has found a committed woman who by…

Men say all that stuff just as often as women do so I don't get your point. It seems, as usual, TRP is having trouble understanding normal human social interactions and use of language. "I can't" in response to most things is not normally taken literally except by losers looking to feel better about themselves by assuming women are children.

what about "does every....woman act "like that"?" In other words, you're taking offense to being grouped together because all terpers are special snowflakes, whereas AWALT is totally legit.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/15 10:55 PM

So "AWALT" behavior is just having sex for pleasure when you can get it? How is that any different from how men behave? Regarding the gross/dumb guy (according to you) maybe she just ends up with lame dudes because her SMV is low, as you say, so she can't do any better? I mean, a greasy idiot sounds about on par with 6.5 so, they're probably just in eachother's leagues.

A amount of trpers say some variation of: "my peak value is at 40, I'll marry a woman at her (much younger) peak then, until then I'll slut around as much as I like and definitely not pick up any baggage that those 20 year old virgins won't like."

You admit that there is no way for a woman to possibly win in your opinion, and you believe that she shouldn't even be playing the game. Talk about close minded.

She can't. She shouldn't even be playing the game. Well, okay, there's not really any point in this discussion is there. It's pretty clear you've closed your mind to considering any possible problems with your worldview.

It's not an assumption that it's faked -- they are actually faking it. Yeah, actualy, you are assuming that. That's literally the definition of an assumption. Basically if a woman under you acts feminine and non-dominant, you assume she's not a leader. AND when a woman acts assertive, like a leader, you assume she's not a leader. Talk about confirmation bias! How can she possibly win? Furthermore, my comparison was not apples to oranges. The same people who assume that women are inferior leaders…

So it is the women's fault that they can't advance, because even when they do act assertive the men in charge assume it's faked? What? How would you feel about this turned around argument, using your own format: "It's not just life choices. Men are not particularly talented at parenthood.....Here's the thing: John spends three months reading books on parenting, he takes classes, he spends time talking to a therapist, and after that three months he screws up his courage as best he can, strides in…

To be fair, male promiscuity carries the same danger of STD's, infidelity, and broken relationships that female promiscuity brings, and it appears that most low-partner count, sexually conservative women feel the same way about LTR-ing a promiscuous male as men feel about slutty women....just see that past thread on this topic, as well as my own comments. No. If we were equal we would both have penises and vaginas. Did you even read the OP? We're not discussing male sluts and female sluts. We're discussing male betas and female sluts. If men are the gatekeepers of sex and women are the gatekeepers of commitment, then male betas and female sluts should be analogous. Do you disagree?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/14 01:15 AM
0

No, I don't care at all, I just find it entertaining that RPW doesn't follow the same logic that TRP does, I'm assuming because it would hurt the RP men's feelings. Here are the scenarios: RP men don't want to marry women who might fall into previous behaviors and stray sexually. Therefore, they shouldn't marry sluts. RPW women don't want to marry men who might fall into previous behaviors and act like supplicating betas. Therefore, they shouldn't marry former betas. And yet, the first scenario …

I don't care about the slut/player hypocrisy, you guys have your "men and women are different" mantra to kill that discussion so it doesn't matter. I'm trying to discuss the "women are gatekeepers of sex/men are gatekeepers of commitment" deal going on here. If it were true, then a female slut is analogous to a beta male, so why is it assumed that men can change and be great alpha material whereas a woman can never become good relationship material after sleeping around? It's fine to have a preference, I am distasteful of promiscuity which is why the man I'm going to marry had the same previous partner count that I did - zero. However it's entertaining to me that TRP evangelizes and preaches so strongly against LTR-ing a slut while, according to their own philosophy, being the redpill-world equivalent of sluts. And the fact that redpillwomen doesn't decry former betas the way that TRP decries former sluts just shows how hypocritical they are, and how fragile the…

But a woman who's been married 20 times is irreversibly ruined as well, despite being the gatekeeper of sex. If women are the gatekeepers of commitment and men are the gatekeepers of sex, a woman's value should go up with every man she marries, just like a man's value goes up with every sex notch count (supposedly). That's just an absurd hypothetical that doesn't address the issue in the OP. If you truly believe the gatekeepers of sex/gatekeepers of commitment mantra to it's logical end, you hav…

I'm not denying that the brothers care about eachother, I'm just pointing out that there is something about the masculine nature of the brotherhood, or perhaps the masculinity of the men themselves, that makes it much less effective than analogous female relationships. There is something about either male nature, male comeradery, or a combination of both that lets members fall through the cracks. A woman in need of emotional support has no problem actively seeking it out from her network, wherea…

Men's main assets compared to women, which they used to gain control of society (patriarchy) for thousands of years were physical strength and lack of pregnancy. The first asset, physical strength, is already rapidly becoming obsolete, which leads to the progressive direction western society is already taken. When one person, male or female, can design technologies capable of overpowering legions of warriors, strength is hardly a valuable resource any more. With regards to the second asset, arti…

So decades of child support, alimony, and jumping through legal hoops isn't enough to get dudes to shut their legs or at the very least wrap it up. What makes you think that similar dissuasions for women would work? Are women just more intelligent/foresightful/logical than men are? You're the one saying it, not me.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/14 02:51 AM

So women are potentially capable of weighing the risks of sex and snapping their legs shut when said risks increase, but men aren't? Since supposedly guys have it so horrible today with regard to reproductive rights, why don't they snap their legs shut?

Allow me to quote yourself, since you obviously understand how I feel but can't fathom that I feel that way, solely because I'm female. I'm attracted to hot men (in this case, my boyfriend) Hot women(my boyfriend) are attractive to many guys(girls). I'm not attracted to the woman(my boyfriend) because other guys(girls) find her attractive. Ok? It's literally that complicated. Based on your response, I have a feeling pre-selection did play a role You definitely got the wrong idea. I'm attracted to my boyfriend because he's hot, not because I somehow imagine other women being attracted to him. Yeah...wasn't that based off some small dubious okcupid chart? Have you seen the way guys take pictures? A dude can be totally hot and look like a smurf in all of his selfies...just saying. And there are a lot of sexy qualities in guys that women value that are completely not visible from a picture. Normal shallow stuff such as height, deep voice, and even scent (seriously, weird as heck but this is a thing!). Sure, if a guy is hot other women will probably want to get with him, so? Same goes for women.... I'm attracted to my sexy boyfriend because he's sexy (and sweet, nice, smart, funny, and a ton of other attributes as well), whether or not other women are attracted to him is not a factor in how attracted I am to him. Why do you ask? Are you more attracted to women because other men want them or what? I guess I wouldn't be surprised, look at celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, they're pretty averag…

I wouldn't go so far as to say that matrilineal cultures have had a larger genetic influence on humanity than the patriarchal inheritance model, since it wasn't as common or as overarching. The thing is, before modern times it made sense for men to have more control, since strength was an important factor of survival and civilization advancement, and men are on average stronger than women. In modern times, however, and continuing into the future, strength has lost it's monopoly and intelligence …

Definitely doesn't apply, you're looking at promiscuity in a partner through a very solipsistic, male-centered view. I've made this point before, if we're going to try using caveman psychology to explain relationships, male cheating is worse than paternity fraud. In a culture where a woman has to rely on her husbands resources for the basic necessities of living, a man only risks raising someone else's kid if his wife cheats; a woman risks losing her entire life and security if her husband cheat…

And if the man, instead of being cheated on, is being physically abused? How can he prove he's being beat on when it's "he said, she said?" He shouldn't have to give up access to his children and livelihood in order to escape an abusive wife, which is what fault-laws would do. Furthermore, imagine a scenario where a woman wants to divorce for "funsies" as you say. Wallah, she makes up accusations of abuse in order to prove fault and get the kids and $$$. Is that really what you want?

I never advocated them dating drug addicts, I'd be all for a system disallowing a single mom from bringing criminals with a record into the home, especially sex offenders. What I'm against is a system where the ex husband can outlaw "Darnell" because he's black and named Darnell, even though maybe he's not a drug dealer at all and is a respectable lawyer. Of course frequent one night stands with Darnell the drug dealer is going to be terrible for the kid; however, a legitimate, long term loving stepdad is often the best possible thing for a kid in that situation, and finding such a father figure involves the mother going through a period of dating said man or several men in order to find him. They marry off to virgin, religious guys their own age at about 20 years old. Bitter, jaded terpers who think they can whore around in their 20's and marry a 19 year old unicorn in their 30's are hilariously delusional, the girls I know will turn down guys for even kissing girls before them.

I don't understand your answer, should boys remain chaste as well or not? Why the difference, you know girls like sex too, right? A man who suffered any kind of mistreatment by women, even if that mistreatment is only "being lied to about the nature of women" ? The problem with TRP's "SMP" view is that it all depends on women's goal being relationships, and men's goal being casual sex. As OP states, women supposedly sell sex in order to get relationships from guys, and guys try to get as much "bang for their buck" ..i.e., sex for their commitment. However, this simply isn't true. There was a comment on here a while ago from a bi person saying how he/she (I don't remember which) finds the average woman much more attractive than the average man, since women tend to almost always dress nice, wear make up, style their hair, diet even in highschool, etc. Highschool guys, on average, are more likely to simply barely keep up a minimum hygiene level and throw on basketball shorts and a sweatshirt every day.

In real life, the captain of the football team has three girls, and the fat, pimply guy with thick glasses who sat in the back row in the anime club is still a virgin And, as always, the fat pimply nerdy girls in highschool are invisible to the male gender. Is it really a crazy concept, that the hottest girls in school go out…

How is it not a double standard? Sex for men: is fun feels good is harder to get Sex for women: is fun feels good is easier to get So women should be ashamed of having sex and men should be lauded, only because of the relative ease of getting sex? How is that not a double standard?

If we're using the heroin analogy though, you'd have to say that heroin is great for men to use but awful for women. Sex is sex, it takes (usually) a chick and a dude. Both parties enjoy it. But for some reason women shouldn't and guys should, just because it's supposedly "easier" for them to get it....it doesn't make sense. And I say this as someone who has never slept around and wouldn't consider a promiscuous partner for a relationship - I think it's unwise for both sexes but disagree that it…

Let me get this straight. You "completely ignore her and not even acknowledge her presence" for presumably weeks or months of time. Yet when she responds in the exact same way for ten minutes she's "playing stupid games." I think you should reflect on that for a while and consider how your behavior appears to everyone else around you.

Sounds like you got a taste of your own medicine. You ignore her for your own bullshit reasons, so she ignores you for ten minutes and you get all frantically butthurt. It's hilarious, really.

/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/14 11:16 PM

I definitely agree, men and women both gravitate to "sluts" when they're just looking to get their rocks off. I'd say we aren't that different when it comes to "relationship material" partners, as well, I've never known a "good girl" to settle for a man slut. Generally sluts of both genders have no problem getting into relationships, but the quality of the partners who settle for them is low - I.e., also sluts, desperate, ugly, crazy, daddy or other emotional issues, etc.

When guys, such as we_are_legion discuss "women" as a disembodied concept, they almost always naturally picture the women they find attractive...basically, white, attractive, middle class, young women. Redpillers complain bitterly about ugly men being invisible to women, but they're too solipsistic to recognize that the opposite is just as true. If anything it's worse, a guy with status can pull a hot wife, just look at popular media for countless examples. The truth is, maybe 1% of women can us…

lmao and you think a high-value woman will give you sex without vetting your commitment qualities first? Qualities such as not being a man-whore? The commitment you're offering is shoddy and low-value to the kind of woman you're holding out for, and you know it, which is why you're rationalizing so desperately. Your only hope (and trp has figured this out) is to manipulate a naive or damaged child into having no other option but to be with you.

If I find a woman who is worthy of it, then I'll do everything I can to prove that I am worth it. She of course needs to prove herself to me, too. She proves it mostly by not being a previous slut, right? How are you going to prove it? Why should she trust you, when you wouldn't trust her if the situation was reversed?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/14 09:18 PM

so you have an "excuse" to be a man-whore, which makes you better than a woman who does the same exact thing as you do. But this isn't rationalization or hamstering at all, no way. Okay, Whatever. The question was not whether you have an excuse or not, the question was whether you can be trusted to keep a commitment. Would you trust a slut who had "reasons" for it? Such as emotional trauma, being the only woman on a desert island full of men, etc.?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/14 09:08 PM

Your answer has nothing to do with my question. Why would a woman trust a man-whore to cease his whoring any more than a man would trust a woman to cease being a slut? How they began sleeping around has absolutely zero impact on the issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/14 08:59 PM

So even you admit you'd enter a relationship with a girl who is catty and makes fun of other people, because she's hot enough to make up for it. It's almost as if women care less about physical looks and more about personality. So they would rate a man as physically "ugly", but read his profile and like his personality enough that he would be above average with regards to attractiveness. How hard is it to understand that women are not as visual as men are?

First guy = asshole, second guy = good guy. But if he's nice to her, how is she to blame if he hides his asshole actions from her? There are many men out there who when given a choice date bitches, for whatever reason they find them more attractive than other options. My point is that just because this is true, it doesn't mean that men are fundamentally attracted to bitches - it's more likely they put up with the bitchy behavior because the woman is hot, available, etc. Same happens with women. /r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 07:26 PM

I don't agree that men want bitches anymore than I agree that women want assholes, but I will agree that people put up with annoying behavior if their partner is hot. What is more unusual is putting up with it in marriage, which is why women (and men too probably) mostly "next" alphas and assholes before marrying them, and hold out for a spouse who is both attractive and good-natured.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 06:46 PM
14

Hit the nail right on the head. Pretty much what I tried to say in my current post, from a slightly different angle. If TRP claims that women want assholes because they happen to date them (notice it's always date for a short time, not marry, it's almost as if women next these men!), then they must also believe that men want bitches since according to TRP, apparently men end up in relationships with bitches all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 06:29 PM

But there is a correlation between male promiscuity and marital instability. I read the study, I believe it was linked in a post on TRP itself. I don't feel like googling it now because I'm on a phone, but i'm sure you can find ample evidence for it. /r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 06:00 PM
3

So it would be in a woman's best interest to seek a low partner count man, while not caring about her own count, and vice versa?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 05:33 PM

Women are against cheating ONLY as a tool to get more resources According to you and OP, men are against cheating ONLY to keep more resources (not pay for a kid who's not there's). What is the difference? Why is it only bad when women do it?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 10:55 AM
7

So you believe the ideal society is one where you are allowed to kill other men and hoard all the women to yourself. So much for men being honorable and non-solipsistic. If women are evil/manipulative for requiring commitment to have sex, how are you not a thousand times worse for straight up killing people?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 10:51 AM
1

Just curious, how often do you give her oral?
/r/askTRP19/08/14 02:41 AM
4

So you say sex is a fundamental need for men, with women being immoral and manipulative to withhold it from men who don't commit to her....and your solution is to make it so the vast majority of men can never have sex (remember: a fundamental need!) at all? Because that's what a harem system does.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 01:54 AM
2

Uh...dude...you said 10 men to every woman do you even know what that means?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 01:25 AM
6

So? If she got lucky, maybe. And a man, with a cheating wife, can have his own biological children with his wife as long as he has sex with her (if he doesn't, he's sterile). He doesn't risk losing nearly as much as a woman whose man cheats. Compared to the consequences a woman fronts by letting her man cheat, this is no big deal.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 01:23 AM
4

In prehistoric times, a woman and her children would most likely be shunned, lose access to resources, and ultimately die if her mate left her for another woman. Compare this to a man who simply provides for a child who might not be his. He won't die, and he most likely has other biological children with the mother anyway, unless he isn't fucking her (in which case he'd know the kid isn't his) or is sterile (in which case his line dies out anyway whether he provides for someone else's child or n…

When you say society being better off, you mean society dying off, yes? Since that's what would happen in your ideal scenario....
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 01:16 AM
3

So, you agree that women DO have a biological and evolutionary reason to demand monogamy and commitment from their man. In essence, it is no different from a man demanding that his wife not cheat on him. Doesn't this invalidate your entire argument?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 01:09 AM
2

"Most" men could not have a harem arrangement, due to the nature of MATH.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 01:08 AM
7

If you're throwing around assumptions such as a 100% guarantee that he won't leave his wife, and won't bond with the new woman....it's equally reasonable for women to throw around the assumption of not getting pregnant when cheating. Truth is, when a man has sex with a woman he is likely to: share resources with her, bond with her, and leave his wife to be in a relationship with her. NONE of these options are biologically or evolutionarily good for the original wife.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 01:04 AM
4

Since we're focusing on evolutionary reasons for women to suppress male cheating or polygamy: A woman has a biological incentive to give her children the best resources possible so they can pass on her genes. A woman sharing her man with several other women, means that her children have to share their fathers' inheritance, resources, and respect in the community. What could possibly motivate her to choose letting him cheat, or sharing him sexually in a harem, over monogamous commitment?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 01:01 AM

The other current redpill post adamantly claims that monogamy is completely non-natural and unhealthy for men. Which is it???
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 12:02 AM
3

A woman who has children with a man, who is committed only to her, will on average pass on her genes via stronger, healthier children who enjoy being the sole benefactors of their father's resources. BAM, biological reason for women to desire monogamy. This renders your statement jealousy, in a female, is solipsistic because there is no biolgical reason for it. i rest my case. completely invalid. Care to rationalize this away for me? I'm incredibly interested in your response.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/14 11:55 PM
6

Why are you not replying to the comments where people clearly point out there is at least as much biological reason for a woman to desire monogamy, possibly more reason than a man has? In early human development, a man cheating on his wife leads to the possibility of him leaving her for the new woman, leaving her and her children to die without resources. At the very least, he shares resources with the new woman, depleting the original family unit's overall resource value. You ignoring this fact…

Three generations ago the vast majority of women weren't allowed to vote, get a higher education, pursue a career, or really do anything other than serve men. But there's certainly no way this could have an affect on IQ scores, long-lasting effects of oppression is only a valid excuse for men apparently.

If gender plays such a strong role in IQ scores, why do black males have lower scores than white males? How many black male geniuses are there for every white male genius? Do you believe that black males are genetically predisposed to non-genius IQ scores like women supposedly are, or does culture explain away that difference, since they're all male?

You completely ignored my question. I asked if you believe that the ratio of male to female IQ scores is constant between cultures, and throughout history. Because if it isn't constant, that reflects the reality that culture has an effect on IQ scores of a given demographic. RP doesn't care. Most of those men don't want LTRs, and rely on sluts as plates. Why do they dedicate so much time and effort and post-space to hating on "whores" and "sluts" if they don't care? The only reason they should care (according to you) is for LTR's, and since they're so terrified of divorce rape, logically they should care equally about preserving their own purity. But TRP is not logical; rather it is based the emotions of young men who are scared of feeling weak.

That whole redpill comment was dumb anyway, since statistically speaking married men are more likely to cheat than married men. So saying "she's a woman" should mean that she's more likely to be faithful than a man!

These guys are definitely providing sexual services though, they're there to be ogled at, like strippers. If their customers just wanted a clean house they could get a cleaner for much cheaper. Interestingly enough, men hiring nude maids is actually a thing, you can pay a naked woman to clean your house. These guys probably don't even get naked.

Probably, the ones who don't have sex are legal (strippers, nude maids, etc) and from this article it doesn't appear that these "manservants" are supposed to have sex either.

How can you say that, when probably at least 90% of sex workers are women? Everyone in the world is comfortable with men paying women to undress, dance on poles, or fuck them. This is just a tiny attempt to fill the huge vacuum in the market for female sexual appetite. Probably a great business opportunity, if done right some people could get very rich off stuff like this when society wakes up and realizes women want and will pay for sex too.

Seriously, he's treating her like a plate. If she has a shred of self respect she'll next his ass.

If men are the gatekeepers of commitment, and women are the gatekeepers of sex, she is withholding sex because you are withholding commitment. You need to give her commitment to get sex, it's only fair and reasonable of her. Otherwise how does she know she's not just a plate?

So...women don't actually want to be raped. They want to have sex that they want, and would rather die than have sex they don't want.

But marriage is for betas and she's too feminazi, def lesbo....this is so complicated :o

read the IQ section of this "Dating Marketplace Value Test for Women"" and tell me that TRP isn't attracted to (cough afraid of cough) highly intelligent women. And don't try to tell me that Chateau Heartiste isn't an authoritative TRP spokesman, because that's just absurdly no true scottsman territory.

I don't see how that's rape and not consensual sex. At every point of her fantasy, it's implicit that she wants it...ie., consent. Sure, he doesn't ask permission, but if she didn't want it she;d have the power to say no. The only reason she doesn't is because she wants it.

Somebody made this analogy in the deleted post and I thought it was great...suppose 90% of anime nerds fantasize about fighting dragons. 0% of anime nerds actually want to fight dragons. It's really not that hard to understand.

You must be terrified of false rape accusations. "Your honor, I admit she said no, but she sounded nervous"

Personally I don't see the point in gender-exclusive programs, if there are child-rearing classes only for little girls I think mensrights would be fully justified in being outraged. (There could be, I don't know) If there were robotics and engineering clubs for boys only that would be pretty uncool.

Is this a boy-only program? It seemed all inclusive to me.

Dude, if she says no, there's no way for him to "honestly know there's no consent." That's just a rapist excuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/14 07:24 PM

Why should they expect to be taken seriously? If I say "no" and he starts raping me anyway, obviously I have no expectations of him caring whether or not I "fight back" at all.

Talking about biochemistry with a colleague, or talking about international business is infinitely more enjoyable to me than wasting time on women. Between 40 and 50% of biochemists and biochemistry students are women.

You delete anything that can be construed as a woman "complaining" about her husband/SO, of course it looks like they all have perfect relationships.

What if she's trying to dread game you into having more sex with her? Since it worked on her (seeing other women come onto you made her more attracted to you) it actually wouldn't be that unreasonable of an attempt on her part.
