I don't fully no-fap, but nowadays I fap only as occasional "maintenance" rather than as a form of entertainment. Also if you must fap, use your imagination instead of watching porn. I've experimented with watching or not watching porn for a week - I can definitely say that when I don't watch porn, I will be way more aggressive fucking my gf (in a good way, she loves it), and have an easier time getting it up / keeping it up.

I think it's more about having the willingness to take a risk. Maybe you'll go to many interviews, but none of them pan out. Maybe you'll get the new job, but your new boss is even worse than the old one. Maybe the new company will go out of business in a year. Maybe your boss finds out you're looking for other jobs, so he fires you. You can avoid the discomfort of these risks by staying in the job you hate, or you can man up and take the risk to change your situation for the better.

Here's a good philosophy to live by: with some women, you're better off just staying home alone. At least then you won't be miserable! Always be willing to walk away, if the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

This really can't be said enough. Learn to revel in awkward situations. I used to get very outwardly anxious when some embarrassing situation came up. No more. Now I'm just internally laughing my ass off at how uncomfortable everyone else appears.

How legally solid are text messages? Certainly there would be a record that a text was sent / received, but does the service provider actually store the text content of every message? (asking from the US here)

I'm not even fat but the pulseoxymeter sounds like a cool gizmo, for the price. Is there any other useful info that can be gleaned from it? Seems like it would be interesting to monitor yourself while exercizing, etc.

Cold showers are also a good way to train yourself to do things that make you uncomfortable. Especially when you first start doing it... you just got out of your nice soft cozy bed, and now you're going to stand under icy cold water?? But you say fuck it, take a deep breath and step under the stream, you involuntarily gasp and every part of you wants to get out of it. But the next time you do it, it's just a tiny bit easier. You're exercising your "make myself do uncomfortable things" muscle.

It's really weird isn't it? To have an awesome adult life, you have to go through the trials of having a shitty adolescent life. Those guys who got laid in high school never had any motivation to push themselves harder. Your description of the generic blue collar guy's life makes me fucking gag; even though my early life was miserable I think in the long run I will be better off for it.

Bro, I didn't get laid until I was 32 (now 36). I'm not even bad looking, just moderate depression / no self esteem / no social skills due to shitty upbringing. Most of the posts on justneckbeardthings very much remind me of myself in my 20s. If it wasn't for PUA stuff and then more recently TRP, I would have been an absolute miserable virgin failure for the rest of my life. I've been unmotivated to travel to the gym, but I've never walked inside the gym then decided it wasn't worth the trip. This is a great point in general; it's easy to do something once you commit to the first step. I've been improving a lot with shyness over the years, and realized that usually once I force out the start of a conversation, the rest is easy.

I can vouch for setting tiny daily goals. For a while I've been following a daily itinerary. Its a Google docs spreadsheet that I print out each morning. It lists a lot of tiny tasks that I would be doing anyway (literally "get up" is the first task, then get dressed, eat, brush teeth, etc). Then I will hand-write bigger tasks that need to be done for the day on the bottom of the paper. Strangely, I find it very satisfying to cross items off the list, even if they are insignificant. There seems …

Got it. This is very interesting because I've personally noticed this "producer vs. consumer" thing in society and especially my friends group for a while now. I've cut out a lot of "consumers" from my life because they don't do anything but entertain themselves, they add nothing substantial to my life. Only making new friends with people who actually create.

Spending one week of vacation with a woman and I have had enough of her for months and seriously need some solo time to clear all the noise and bullshit out of my head that comes with being someone's lover/parent/caregiver/decisionmaker/mrfixit/guide ... This is so true, my GF honestly isn't even all that annoying, but I find it mentally exhausting to spend a few days in a row with her, especially on vacation where you're together almost non stop.

That's why I'm saying mess around with some girls you aren't super into. You will have outcome independence, because who cares if you mess up and don't fuck this average chick? You weren't that much into her anyway. It sounds to me like you are over-strategizing and thinking too much about it. Get out of your head and just go with your first instinct. But I am not scared of the approach itself. It's the escalation. The sex. My blue pill conditioning ruined the sexual aspect of my life. My dad never taught me anything about sex. And porn won't help. I just can't overcome the feeling of absolute nervousness and terror about just fucking a girl. I know I sound stupid, but that is my issue. I am simply scared of being sexual. Regarding PP - I don't really know this subject well enough to have a strong opinion one way or another, but it is theorized that PP reduced crime because many kids that would have been born into a shitty single-mother life, and would have grown up to be shitty criminals... were never born in the first place. Obviously there are other moral aspects to this issue, but it is interesting to consider, regardless.

People make mistakes. But blacks are incarcerated WAY more than whites for the same offense, it's a plain fact. We need to start looking at the big picture, because this is a self-reinforcing cycle. OneInAZillion above describes it perfectly: break up the family and remove the father, the boy will automatically seek out a replacement masculine figure. It's human instinct. And when you live in a neighboorhood full of other families that have been broken up by the drug war, the most likely alpha m…

It's pretty fucked up, because the "absent black father" issue is really a problem from drug-war related incarceration, rather than some intrinsic lack of fathering skills.

There are always outliers. The majority of women have a huge social safety net to protect them. Think of how many homeless men vs. women you see? There are many examples of this.

They also presupposed that men would be just fine with a bullshit deal, and keep on marrying women as usual like nothing had changed. Which is why they've now moved on to an additional strategy of socially shaming men who make the wise decision not to marry.

If you are an unconfident man, there is a good chance you speak in High Rising Terminal (speaking a statement sentence in a rising "question" tone). Just my own observation. Stop that shit. It makes you sound weak, uncertain, or condescending. Try reading the same sentence out loud in a rising intonation, and then in an even or lowering intonation, the difference should be pretty noticeable. Speaking in an even or lowering intonation makes you sound more decisive and confident. https://en.wikipe…

By their nature women aren’t decisive–“Shall I wear this? Shall I wear that?”–and along comes a man who is absolutely sure of everything and he’s a godsend. This continually blows my mind. GF is at her wit's end trying to decide what to wear, until I pick an option for her (usually at random, whatever). You can SEE the relief on her face at not having to be burdened by the awful decision making process. It's fucking weird, but hey whatever works.

I think we're pretty much on the same page. In terms of heterosexuality, it is both "normal" in the sense of being most common, and in the sense of being the default natural state.
/r/TheRedPill26/08/15 11:08 AM
2

Normal means "common" not "morally right". The normal American penis is circumcised, but it is not "normal" compared to worldwide practices. Lots of cultural practices can be defined as "normal" or not, depending on context. It's "normal" to keep women as second class citizens in Saudi Arabia, but it would not be "normal" to do that in America. But, we both might agree that it is "morally wrong" in either case.
/r/TheRedPill26/08/15 10:24 AM
16

"Normal" means most common, standard, etc. but the left has redefined it to mean "superior," so that if you describe a heterosexual as "normal", you are automatically describing non-heterosexuals as "inferior". You can't even state the obvious fact that heterosexuality is mathematically "normal" without insulting non-heterosexuals.

I have the mindset that the girl is an awkward dork who is doing an adorably bad job of trying to act cool - and often that IS the case, she really will get all nervous and goofy when she realizes you see her this way.

Everyone is more alert and efficient in a cooler temperature. If you're too cold, put on a sweater. Paid for by the committee to elect wolfraisedbysheep for President.

Seriously, don't connect your TRP SN to your real life identity, unless you like the idea of being doxxed by a horde of rabid thought police with a lot of free time on their hands.

I read an article about these scammers that said they intentionally make their pitch shitty, because it serves to quickly filter out anyone who has a drop of common sense.

Eh, it could also be that he is attracted to their culture in terms of Asian women generally being more feminine and submissive - not just physical appearance.

The idea of dating one race exclusively being "icky" is so ridiculous. What's the solution? John should be obligated to sprinkle in a few dates with other races that he's less attracted to, just to make society more comfortable? Good sign of someone being full of shit is complaining about something they don't like, even though it has no logical alternative.

Ah, AIDS epidemic totally makes sense. Also I still think of 1900 when someone says "turn of the century"...

Why did teens' sexual activity start to decrease in 1988?

Actually the messages girls get are a fucking joke. They're not even that vulgar, they're mostly flat out lame and boring. A while ago I made a fake girl account on OKC to see what kind of openers guys typically send. No description, only a few pictures of some above average 7~8 early 20's blonde girl. Here's all the most recent messages the account received. Guys, you have nothing to worry about (No, I didn't reply to any of the messages....) http://i.imgur.com/tjmyEy2.gif

I definitely used to be a neckbeard many years ago (not with the literal beard, but the personality). PUA got me started in the right direction, but things never completely clicked until I read RP stuff. It's possible, but you have to be motivated to change yourself.

It makes sense especially for something like UFC fighting. No sex change is going to alter the leverage advantage you have from your skeletal proportions. Your muscle fibers are inherently stronger, weight for weight.

+1 on jelqing. I've done it very inconsistently for a few years, but still managed to gain a bit under 3/4" length. I'm baffled at the cliche "If there was a way to make your dick bigger, everyone would be doing it," because this shit works.

Yup, sometimes I just can't finish easily, especially if I've already came previously + lack of sensitivity from condom + I'm just getting physically tired from going for a while. Girls really will get frustrated and it spoils the mood.
