The most comments on smelling good I ever got was when I opened up a new bar of Irish spring soap and showered with it. Nothing else. Just clean. Don't use your bar soap to the very end and swap scents every other bar/bottle. It goes a long way. Folks around you get used to your normal smell quick. That's a simple way to not just smell clean or no scent at all (to folks you're around regularly) .

I hate to sound callous but get over it. The sooner you move past this the better. I would bet money that she moved on 5 seconds after the conversation you had. I hardcore ghosted the one that had me messed up last. I refused to acknowledge her in any way. She would have to literally walk up and touch me to get any aknowlegement. Don't beat yourself up about it. I think that you stressed yourself out about losing your virginity and that is why you couldn't perform. This happens to me a lot. I have a very limited social pool. I would have to ask, is she putting out the signals that she is interested too? If so act now, if not, do like everybody else is saying and expand that friend pool and put one notches in your belt. It can be easy to be overwhelmed when you spend a lot of time with just one girl.

Find something outside that she likes to do. Doing things outside like rock climbing and canoeing or camping are crazy fun and I think that it is really hard to do without other people.
