True, although the only sugar I get these days would be from milk. I don't agree with a net benefit of eating fruit, the sugar outweighs any vitamins and minerals. I suppose it's ok as a short term substitution. If you stop eating sugary foods after a while you have no cravings.

Then get a job, any will do, so long as it gives you structure and u can bare it. Eat right, stick to meat and vegetables, make sure to eat your organs like liver. Good luck
