You sound mad. Like real mad. What business is it of yours what other people do with their money? How's about YOU worry about how you spend YOUR money and stop getting worked up into a tizzy about what other men do with theirs?

Mgtow is not about avoiding women. It is about living your life on your terms and going your own way. Women are welcome to join me on my journey if they wish and some have done so at various times. But it is my way, and I am choosing where to go with my life

SIGH No, there is no parental consent clause in the law. I can clearly see that this entire subreddit is full of especially ignorant jackasses who are seemingly illiterate and cannot read a simple legal statute.

(b) the complainant is at least 13 years of age but less than 16 years of age and the actor is more than 48 months older than the complainant and in a current or recent position of authority over the complainant. Neither mistake as to the complainant's age nor consent to the act by the complainant is a defense; You people really need to learn how to read before you spout of your nonsense online.

Meh. I liked taking pictures of my gf when we traveled. It is a good snapshot memory of an exciting experience with someone you love (at the time). I like photography and with the right girl I'd be so happy to do this with. Or I can do it alone. People would look at me strange if i just pile up a stack of money that i have in lieu of a gf and snap a pic of that.

If the choice is between illegal/illicit measures and being a goddamn slave, well then I guess I'm going to become a criminal. Kayne is right, slavery is a choice. Fortunately there are many ways to exit that are less hassle than many years of slavery. He can expatriate, or he can move around frequently and make it difficult for them to keep up with wage garnishment. You can get a fake identity and start a new life for much cheaper than the alternative of "manning up and doing the right thing"

From the article what she did is not a violation of any criminal law that is constitutional in the US. I know you neckbeards want it to be because the story of a fat black woman going to jail for eating GS cookies is hilarious, but it is not criminal. We do not have debtors prisons in the US.

It’s the same legal basis as not paying restitution to a crime victim once you are ordered to. The legal difference here is the due process and criminal conviction. The penalty there is part usually part of a stipulation of probation. I do not think there is a situation where non-payment of restitution could result in imprisonment outside of probation requirements, but I could be wrong here. The contempt of court for child support thing is seriously fucked, but it--nonpayment that is not willful…

I get annoyed when I am dealing with idiots who are WAY out of their depth in a subject they know nothing about. I don't give a fuck what this shit-sub downvotes. this isn't a fucking democracy. If people agree with you, they are also idiots. If you want, find the actual law you are claiming makes non-payment of debt as would apply to this case a criminal matter. I will try to explain nicely to you why you are wrong and why such statute would be unconstitutional. Otherwise, fuck off.

There is no mention in the article that she made any effort to fulfill her obligations in attempting to sell the merchandise which is what she was expected to do in consideration of having taken possession of it. I think this is correct. That is a question that needs to get before the SCOUS as soon as possible. I believe it is unconstitutional. In 2000, the state of Tennessee revoked the driver’s licenses of 1,372 people who collectively owed more than $13 million in child support.[106] In Texas non-custodial parents behind more than three months in child-support payments can have court-ordered payments deducted from their wages, can have federal income tax refund checks, lottery winnings, or other money that may be due from sta…

Socialism seeks to take resources from men and distribute them to those "in need" which will include a lot of women that have made unfortunate life decisions. Socialism is the economic equivalent of having to date some dumb woman and pay for her dumb kid even though you don't want to date her and the kid isn't yours.

Even the best men can fall into that bullshit trap. If I ever do, I know how to dodge the consequences and have a plan. Every man should have a plan for this and other situations where the state or others would try to fuck them. You are a "man" without a plan, it seems.

You keep jumpin' around bro. Why you do that? Now it is the DMV? Not all employers are state agencies and when you provide your SS# to them they certainly aren't checking it for CS. If someone got served a summons and then received a judgement for a CS obligation wage garnishment would be a potential threat if they found where I live and work, but that is not easy to do. Why don't you articulate how exactly they would find me if I move changing states and jobs every year? Keep in mind drivers li…

Just because you are a sad and impotent "man" who is unable to stand up to state oppression does not mean all men are. You seem to have this image of a state that operates far more efficiently than it does. Taxes being filed yearly would not be a big problem for someone willing to move frequently. You seem to think as soon as you start employment your name and SS# get added to some sort of registry where CS agencies can look you up, but even before that you would have to be served a summons and …

One month, citation needed because after that you will be dragged in front of a judge, and likely your wages will be garnished (one of the only things that can garnished in all 50 states) unless it is proven it is an error. Suppose you are the dumb bitch I knocked up, and I simply move to a different state. You don't know where I am or what I am doing. What is your next step? Let's think this through. You don't seem to know how the law works regarding CS. How long do you think it would take for them to PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt that I am willfully not paying CS. Keep in mind the amount "owed" must be over $5k before this could even get jail time, and they would have to find and arrest me first. But guess what....by the time they do that, I would simply get citizenship in another country and tell them to fuck right off.

That's how idiots think the system works. You can easily just dodge these non-criminal issues long before it gets to that point. How is the girl going to find me if I ghost her hard? I do not find any of that to be true for all women. Women can be very effective at many jobs under the right leadership. In some jobs, I think women are capable of preforming superior to men. MGTOW was created because there are very real risks to men who go the way society pushes them--into a marriage for example, where a man exposes himself to great legal and financial liability. Having a girlfriend contribute to the success of your business or your personal financial success has ZERO legal liability (absent some contract that imposes an obligation to you). If this WERE a risk you would see hordes of women using the legal system to do this. Having ignorance of the legal system and w…

Many of them seem to be of limited financial means, which is why I have such contempt for them. It is a man's responsibility to provide enough resources for himself and family (if he chooses to have one), and these losers can't even provide for their own very meager existence. Rather than accepting responsibility for their situation and trying to better their lives, they sulk, complain and blame women for not liking them.

There are some women like that, but they are NOT attracted to the man, the are just going to pretend like they are to get his money. I am a very frugal person and I have had women attracted to me as a result of my ambition (not a lot, but some). They are still attracted after I make it clear they are not going to have any benefit from my money. It is absurd to claim women do not feel real attraction to an ambitious man who is capable of accumulating enough wealth to be comfortable. If you think …
/r/MGTOW28/05/18 02:07 AM

There is no promise though. Only a drive to take that chance. That is what women are attracted to. A loser could have a lot of money and he is still going to be unattractive. It's about ambition and leadership. And risk taking.

That isn't a logical fallacy, as it would just be failing to think through to the logical conclusions (if you are correct). I think you are assuming women are far more logical than they are. Women are attracted (emotion) to ambition as an end to itself. I am not saying they pretend to like ambitious men as a means to their resources. That is, I think women would find a hardworking but poor man who has ambition and a plan to success more attractive than some lazy lottery winner. Many women would …

I think a woman can be attracted to a successful man without wanting his money. I know I would find a successful financially independent woman more attractive than somone of limited means, all things being equal. Men of limited financial means often lack ambition and that is obviously unattractive to women.

It isn't about justice in the legal sense, but people can get a sense of satisfaction in someone "getting what they deserve". It is like watching a thief still a purse and then get hit by a bus while running away. No one is advocating for punishment by bus, but it can be satisfying to see such an immoral person reap the karma they deserve. People often say they hope men who are accused of crimes get raped in prison. They are of course not banned for making such statements.

So, that this bias is a little stronger when a woman is the accuser is not all that salient of a point. What world are you living in? Because it sure as hell isn't the same one I live in. Domestic violence is not a gendered crime, but if my girlfriend attacks me and I call the cops, it is not going to turn out well for me. And if she calls the cops and tells them I hit her, it is not going to turn out well for me irregardless of whether or not I hit her.

Men can be horrible too. Here's the thing though, people are not going to automatically believe a man making a claim against another man the way they do a woman. It is not sinking to any level it is intelligent. Men are more likely to rape women than...other women, so there is a real risk there. I would certainly not think less of a woman who reasonably protected herself against such a risk by carrying pepper spray, learning self-defense, or whatever. Likewise, I could get fucked over by divorce or a false claim, so I take steps to protect myself. It is just good practice to mitigate possible risks.

Men see that other women lie and fuck over their partners, but they always delude themselves into thinking it will be different with this one or that they unlike the millions of men who lose everything in divorce are smart enough to avoid dishonest or solipsistic women. ALL WOMEN are capable of lying, fucking a man over with false claims, and/or using the legal system to screw men over for their own self interest under the right circumstances.

The thing about power is that often when you use it, you end up having less of it. Men, aside from the idiot white knights which are subhuman sycophants IMO, are waking up to the fact that women lie and act in their self interest.

This is a good poster because it warns men of the fucked up reality of the situation. The man in this hypothetical situation should not be charged with rape (unless the girl is too), but it would be good for men to be aware that this is a possible, albeit unjust outcome

Stop voting. Voting (democracy) is a flawed system. First off, there are significantly more women of voting age than men (women live longer) AND in addition to that, many men are unable to vote --e.g. they are incarcerated, a released felon, or overseas (making it impractical) .

Reacting to the ongoing development of "sex robots" or "sexbots", [18] in September 2015, Kathleen Richardson of De Montfort University and Erik Billing of the University of Skövde created the Campaign Against Sex Robots, calling for a ban on the creation of anthropomorphic sex robots.[19][20][21][22] They argue that the introduction of such devices would be socially harmful, and demeaning to women and children.[20]

Dumping him because of his career goals, when she thought he was a great guy is proof she is a gold-digger. This is not necessarily true. Ambition is an attractive quality. Someone could be poor but have ambition and drive that women find attractive, or a guy can be rich but have no ambition whatsoever, and women would not be attracted to him but rather would seek to pretend to be to benefit from his wealth.

It's not like men can just be all like "yeah, I won't marry you and we can just stay together". Most women won't go for that. If the guy doesn't want to get married, most women will have no problem creating an ultimatum If I woman ever said this to me I would break up with her as soon as I stopped laughing. And men who don't subscribe to those concepts are marked as deadbeats and scumbags who are incapable of genuine love or commitment. Most women don't want to date, or even have sex with, men l…

What shocks me is how so many men still get married when there is absolutely zero incentive for them to do so. Why do they do this? Why get married?

What would be the best response then? To ignore the fact that she is obviously lying? Or to just call her out on it and stop talking to her? If I break off all contact whenever a girl lies to me, I'm never going to get laid, because they lie quite a bit IME
/r/TheRedPill01/12/14 01:18 PM

Isn't part of the red pill that all women lie? Some more than others, obviously, but if I limit myself to only honest women, I'm going to have a hard time. That said, this one has always seemed to struggle with honesty. I do hold men to a higher standard when it comes to integrity though

People can be inhibited to different degrees. It is very possible for a drunk man to rape a drunk woman. Are you claiming this is not possible? For clarity, it is also theoretically possible for a drunk woman to rape a drunk man. Some of you people in this sub have a really warped view of society and women.

I disagree with this. A good leader often asks the advice of his or her subordinates. Sometimes I am in a situation where for whatever reason, I am the "leader" of a group. When this happens, I like to lead by consensus by taking in as many relevant inputs as possible and deciding on a path forward. There are situations where a female is best suited to lead. I recall recently a situation where I was project lead and there was a more experienced female on my team who was the subject matter expert…

Well there's not really much he can do at that point. I suppose I might cancel the return ticket if possible. Would that be something that could get a guy into legal trouble though? Essentially stranding someone else in another country. Would they be able to claim the return trip was implied?

Listen to this man. If you will notice after "you shouldn't be talking to the cops" it says "ever". It does not say "unless you think you will get in less trouble by talking to them" You are not required to talk to the police or answer questions. Do not do this. Cannot emphasize this enough.

I guess I don't really care about the visibility of men's suffering. I only care about governmental policies and laws that discriminate against men e.g. criminal sentencing, parental issues, laws that prohibit discrimination against women but allow it against men, etc. Why does it matter if people see or empathize with the suffering of men?
/r/MensRights15/05/14 01:20 PM
-7

The question of whether or not women are victims of male-dominated societies is unrelated to life expectancy gaps. Consider that there are societies in which women really are oppressed by men solely on the basis of gender, and yet I imagine women still live longer than men in those societies. If men want to join the military or accept dangerous jobs e.g. fishing/mining, then that is their choice. There is nothing wrong with men choosing to accept more pay for more dangerous work.
/r/MensRights14/05/14 07:36 PM
-2

Why does it matter if they are all men? Who cares? As long as everyone has the same choices and is treated fairly by the government e.g. women are able to work as miners if they choose to, then how is this discrimination against men? Those men for whatever reason chose to work in that industry knowing the risk and we should respect their choice.
/r/MensRights14/05/14 07:01 PM

Should I really try to change her or just break this relationship. How about neither? If you are happy in the relationship just enjoy being with her. You don't have to convert your partner to your way of thinking.

I think it is reasonable to focus more on the problems of the living than he problems of the dead. The people who died no longer exist, and the problems of the people who are still alive are very real.

Are you kidding me? Innocent people are convicted of crimes they never committed all the time. Often statements they made to the police that are allegedly incriminating are used against them. DO NOT TALK TO THE POLICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Even if you are raped by a woman, reporting it to the police runs the real risk of you being charged with rape.

I don't have a problem with any of these, except for the custody one (and to the extent that male combat deaths were the result of male-only forced conscription). If a man wishes to join a military, work in a hazardous industry, or kill himself, that is his choice, and he absolutely should have the right to do those things.

TL; DR Isable was whoring it up when younger, but as she has become less attractive, lonely, and emotionally empty, she desires companionship with guys who are willing to do things she mistakenly perceives as nice because they want to sleep with her.
