As predicted, Danica Patrick was nowhere to be seen when the checkered flag waved at the Daytona 500, but she was featured in a spectacular wipeout involving Jimmie Johnson after only one lap. In the video below, you can see her bright green GoDaddy car colliding with Johnson’s car in a shower of sparks, after which she zips across the track and deftly threads the needle between two other spinning cars before coming to a stop.
As the announcers pointed out, Patrick is a tough gal who really knows how to crash.
