Women don’t understand men. They’re not supposed to.

Even women who like you don’t understand you. And women who like men, in general, don’t understand men, in general.

Take your average internet man who ends up washed up on our dark shores of the internet manosphere. He’s unhappy, because happy men don’t find the internet manosphere. Happy men don’t search the internet for advice on why their wives or girlfriends won’t have sex with them, keep cheating on them, or keep acting super-mean. Or why despite being decent guys who are productive members of society, they can’t get a date to save their lives, or even get a woman to be the slightest bit nice to them.

Guys whose lives are filled with sex, respect, money, and other successes don’t search the internet and end up in our dark corner. Only unhappy men end up here.

What these normal, average, unhappy men want is never complicated. Their problem is: They don’t have sex, respect, money, or some other type of success. Or often a combination of more than one of these things.

Some guys want to figure out possible ways to fix this with a little help from other guys. Some just want to vent and will eventually figure this out on their own. Some just want to vent and won’t eventually figure this out on their own. Some want to wallow in their lack of success, make it part of their identity, and form communities with other men who suck.

Actually, none of them actually want that last thing. But they feel pretty hopeless about being able to ever actually solve their problem, so they make complaining about their situation their identity.

But at its core, the problem for most manosphere men is simple: “I don’t have sex, respect, money, or some other kind of success I want. Getting sex, respect, money, or that other kind of success would solve my problem.”

This isn’t to say that sex, respect, and money are the solution for life. Just that solving that particular problem frees a guy up to move on to his next problem to solve.

Every once in awhile on this internet of ours, a woman, or a very, very feminine man, takes pity on the men who lack the sex, respect, money, or other success that they want and declares that there is a crisis for men and boys we must address! They are quite vocal about this crisis, but the more vocal they are, the more irritated actual men become.

Because what men want isn’t attention. Men aren’t looking for acknowledgement of their problem and pats on the head as they’re told “there there - even though you can’t get laid, don’t make decent money, and people don’t like or respect you, you’re still a real man”. Men aren’t playing word definition games and contemplating a bullet over whether or not they meet the definition of “still a real man”. Changing a word definition so they meet it doesn’t solve their problem. Because they aren’t looking for word definitions, attention, or pats on the head. They want sex, respect, money, and success.

Men don’t want a male-focused therapist who tells them it’s okay to be unmasculine, or that conventional masculinity is okay after all, or that they’re seen and accepted. They don’t want to feel like their problems are normal. They want to solve their problems. They want sex, respect, money, and success.

Men don’t want acceptance. They don’t want friends to pat them on the back and accept them, and give them a kind listening ear. They don’t want close, touchy male friendships. Their problem isn’t that they’re “lonely”, despite people’s claims of a a “loneliness epidemic”. They want sex, respect, money, and success.

Men don’t want acknowledgement that their problems exist. They KNOW their problems exist. They’re living them. Acknowledgement doesn’t solve their problems. They want sex, respect, money, and success.

Men are not women. They don’t want to talk about their problems, feel seen, heard, and accepted, and learn how to live a life without ever resolving these problems. They want sex, respect, money, and success.

Internet men:

The path to solve your problems is not to make people on the internet aware that your problems exist. This just makes you look like a loser who can’t get laid (or succeed in some other way), who nobody respects, and is whining about about it. Nobody is going to reengineer the system for you so that you can get what you want more easily. They’re just going to make fun of you if they’re feminists, or pat you on the head if they’re anti-feminists, and you’re still going to be a loser.

The feminine men who are trying to make money on the internet by acquiring a cult of other feminine men who come together to whine about women aren’t trying to solve your problem. Because your problem isn’t that you feel a burning need to belong and have friends on the internet who understand your problems. Your problem is you want sex, respect, money, and success. These feminine men are just using you to feel better about themselves, and a lucky few might even make a little cash using their online brand.

The pro-man pick-me women who are trying to make money on the internet in the same way the feminine men do, but do much better at the job because they have boobs and cute faces, are not on your side either. (Notice how it’s never the fat ugly women making an internet brand around pro-man stuff?) Unless these women are boarding a plane to fly to your city, fuck your brains out, and cook you dinner. Or at least get you in touch with some professional contacts so you can make more money. THAT would address some of your problems. But these gals pretending you are a fellow woman who needs to talk about her problems and feel accepted because that’s how women approach problems? That’s silly. All that does is make you feel like more of a loser because what you really need is sex, respect, money, and success.

The internet is entertainment. It’s a video game. You might occasionally find a useful tidbit of information or meet someone who can help you out socially or professionally. But everything else is just people having fun shooting the shit, playing a gigantic roleplaying game with each other.

Have fun out there, internet men. Enjoy the video game. Just remember that your real problems are still here when you put the game down, and solving those is going to be entirely on you.
