Once, to see what would happen, I started talking to a girl I would run into regularly, on a weekly basis.  I always wore my best clothes.

I would chat and I would banter a little bit, but not overtly flirt or be suggestive and I would give her a single dark chocolate when I left, the kind you could get a bag of for $2.50 or so.

I did this for weeks.

Until one day, as I was walking away, she shouted out, “I love you.”

In terms of game, there was the risk of being Amoged at some point, or the woman getting frustrated with the indirection, but for those that don’t like the quick pick up, or there’s a woman you run into often that you would like to have progress further, I thought I would mention this.

While I don’t generally believe in giving woman anything until after sex, I did this to see what would happen.

You make clear your intentions with the chocolate, while making it fuzzy with your behavior.  It is not a box of chocolate either, its a single wrapped piece of chocolate, dark preferably which has all sorts of connotations.  I didn’t go through the whole bag.  Strangely enough if you are going to give someone something, the small things have more lasting influence than the big things.  The defenses raise up over the large items, while the small ones they don’t.
