This week’s book is another Larry Niven science fiction novel: World Out Of Time.
Picked for one simple reason. One of the themes is what happens to the relationship between men and women when you take away sex and child rearing.
The short answer: There is nothing keeping the two groups connected. They are as alien to each other as two different species.
In the end one gender destroys the other.
Written in 1977 it speaks to the very thing shredding our culture.
