This is the question I’ve asked myself on quite a few occasions from reading the various Game-related websites. Not all of them engage in this kind of behavior to be sure, and I don’t recall reading many authors on the matter going out of their way to get in a dig on a chunky chick-but come on. I think it’s fair to say, that if you’ve spent any length of time on any Game-related online forum or venue, it won’t be long before you’re assailed with unmitigated assaults on larger Women.

My whole thing is, WHY? I mean, let’s face facts here-the average Woman in America, today, in 2009, is about 5′4″ and about 160lbs. That would correlate to, if I’m not mistaken, to a dress size of about 16 or so. Oh, and this pretty much goes for British and Canadian Women, too, give or take 10lbs. Even if one’s Game is super tight, there ain’t that many thin gals to go around.

Then there’s the other part of the equation-many of the guys doing the complaining are gainfully employed and highly educated; they could easily pull up stakes and move to where they think there are thinner gals, like the much lauded Eastern Europe (personally, I’ve met quite a few chunky Eastern European gals who look like they could bodyslam you if you’re not careful, so I don’t know where so many White guys get this idea that the Eastern Bloc ain’t filled with nothing but skinny chicks)-why don’t they? Seems to make much more sense to me than merely bemoaning the Fattening of the American Female. Right?

Then there’s the uncomfortable truth, which Psychology Today’s Saotoshi Kanazawa points to, which is that, brutal truth be told, thicker gals actually get laid MORE than their thinner counterparts. He lays out all the reasons for why this is, from an Evolutionary Psychological perspective, and I’d urge those so inclined to Google it up. But the fact remains that with so many Women in America and beyond clearly being in the plus-size range now, that they’re bound to get action. It’s just a simple numbers game, pardon the pun.

I just don’t get why there’s so much outright hatred of plus-size Women in Game circles. I mean, no one’s holding a gun to your head and making you go out with one-if you don’t like chunkier chicks, DON’T DATE THEM. Problem. Solved. Spending copious amounts of time denigrating them, to my mind, seems utterly counterproductive. Look, I’m not crazy about Asian chicks as a general rule, but you won’t ever find me taking precious time out of my day to denigrate them-I simply focus on that which I DO like. The End.

To the Haters of the Plus-Sized Female out there-give it up, fellas. Not only are your ministrations falling on deaf ears if the national size stats are any indication, but if EP guys like Kanazawa has anything to say about it, that gal with the extra junk in her trunk can and will get laid quicker than you will. Moreover, in the end, it only makes you sound like a bunch of losers-and the Game community has enough real problems with our image to deal with as it is (blatant Misogyny, keyhole-like focus on college-educated folk, very narrow focus on the very young, not enough said about non-White approaches to Game, etc, et al). This issue is a tempest in a teapot, a problem looking for a solution. Well, fear not, for The Obsidian has what you’re looking for. If Fat Chicks ain’t your shot, cool-shut up and keep it movin’.
