I met this chick at a wedding the other night, was flirting with her very receptive, her and her friend were laughing at my jokes. End of the night comes I ask her for her number, she declines but offers her instagram. I'm no sure if that was a yes or no, if she did it out of pity or something.

Even if I were to DM her any ideas on what to do, I don't have a fake so I can't take her out for drinks.
