Why aren't the prosecutor, the doctor, and his ex-wife, in jail?

The assistant district attorney who tried the case, Elizabeth Loconsolo, is now a deputy attorney for the Nassau County comptroller. She said on Tuesday that she has no second thoughts about her actions in the case.

Judge Schweitzer was scathing about Dr. [Nadine] Sabbagh’s testimony: “The only witness who provided evidence of such abuse had lied, and in fact there was no credible evidence his daughter had ever been molested.”

"Rape culture." Yeah, right.

In prison, he remarried, and that marriage remains strong. But when he sought to have conjugal visits with his new wife, prison officials set one condition: He had to admit his guilt.

I do not understand why the district attorneys in these cases are never kicked out. Seriously.

Not even just him, but think of the other victim in this case. 23 years ago his daughter was 4, so now she'd be 27 give or take. He has been out of prison since she was 7 or 8. He hasn't seen her in all this time. I assume he attempted to see her but was probably shot down by the mother. But she hasn't tried to contact him since becoming an adult either. So she most likely grew up believing what her mother told her, that she was raped by her father when she was too young to remember it. She not only grew up without him, but grew up believing he was a monster.
