How this woman can stridently celebrate the failure of 50% of the population is mind boggling.

This is not women coming into their own, this is the end result of three decades of only focusing on women and women's needs in both the economy and education, at the expense of men and boys.

If women are earning more on average in certain demographics than men with the same qualifications and hours worked, that's a problem. If women make up 60% of college graduates, that's a problem. If boys are failing in elementary and secondary school at a much higher rate than girls, that's a problem.

This is not something you celebrate, but something you try and fix.

Sadly, even when boys fail it's turned into a reason to dedicate more resources to girls in the education system.

Good! We need to get the word out that men are in trouble. Maybe then they'll stop white-knighting and start looking out for their own interests.

(Haven't watched the talk yet; will get to it later.)
