Yes and no. I'm glad that the men's bathroom has a changing station but sad that it's in a high school. :'(

To me it comes across as some jerk just playing a joke, It reminds me of that school sign saying "Final Exams" but some prankster pushed the 'F' and the 'I" together to form an 'A' so it would read "Anal Exam" http://www.swapmeetdave.com/Humor/Sign-Anal-Exam.jpg
