Okay, well judging from your recent Men's Rights comments, I don't feel that you're genuinely concerned. That being said, I'll respond on the off-chance that you'll actually listen to anyone here.

Sure, as a 15 year old (who's being led by hormones) it's probably obvious that you wouldn't mind hooking up with the 'sexy older woman' (or man). But boys usually don't finish puberty until about 16-17 (girls finish around 16). (source)

It would first-off be irresponsible to allow people who's bodies, emotional development, and chemistry haven't finished changing to engage in sexual activity with people who have already finished that change. Secondly, just because you're looking for a strictly sexual experience, who's to say that that older person (who isn't still going through psychological developments) isn't going to abuse that power. Also, in general, I feel that most older people are more emotionally balanced than a hormone-driven teenager, thus it could be a very confusing situation for the minor (EDIT: where it most likely wouldn't be for the older person).

Overall, I feel that the main reason we have the age of consent is because you're (most likely) still developing, and those in their twenties and older are not (at least not as drastically). I think that the reason we have these laws is for protection of people under the age of consent. Also, judging by the way you posed the question, you must have the feeling (like many people your age) that sex is a consequence-free, not-at-all-complicated thing. But anyone who's ever had sex knows that it's not as carefree and loose (even hookups) as people like to think. You have to take responsibility for anything that results from it.
