Lt. Col. Joseph “Jay” Morse lead trials against notorious war crimes, and supervised the Army’s special victim prosecutors.

A fellow lawyer accuses him of attempting to kiss and grope her against her will, in a hotel room at a 2011 sexual assault legal conference. A trained insider waited 2 years to accuse her boss in a sensitive political position. There's no physical evidence but instant damage.

Morse was removed from his job as soon as he was accused. No charges have been filed while an investigation is started.
