Had to take a Protective order out on my crazy ex-wife after I told her that I wanted a divorce. She started harassing my family members via email, txt,calling and even twitter. She started circling our block at night and showing up at my gym and workplace. A week after she get served her protective order I GET SERVED A PROTECTIVE ORDER FROM HER..........
We have a court date for the 27th I can't wait to not acknowledge her and to hear the judge say we can't legally have any contact.

I feel incredibly fortunate. I'm young and we didn't have kids. So it's going to be a pretty cut and dry divorce. I'll take my shit she takes hers.
And my friends are coming out of the wood works with a ton of support that I didn't even know was there. Honestly my birthday was yesterday and it was one of the best ones I've had since I got married.

I'm a little embarrassed to admit this but, she wouldn't let me have any......... just another reason we are getting divorced.
I'm in the Army reserves and in the papers she said "He has access to military grade weaponry"

I got the PO because she knows my schedule so well and she is staying with her dad now who has 3 pistols in the tv room! He also has some locked up in his room but it's the one he keeps in his tv stand that worry me, and the crates of ammo in the garage.

Yea see the thing is I don't want to be vindictive, I just want her out of my life lol. She is the one fighting me. I tried to do this civilly, I had a Pro-se packet "a self representing divorce packet" that way there wouldn't be any need for lawyers or anything.
Her lawyer talked to mine saying what she wants, and it was the same exact terms I had in my packet!
Idk, if she were a reasonable person I wouldn't be divorcing her.

I thought I was by taking the po out on her. I froze my credit. Changed direct deposits into a brand new account. Got a lawyer a head of time video tapes every encounter starting with the night I told her I was filing for divorce.
