Last week my gf dumped me her reason was:

She was in another life stage (she is 28, Im 24 and life at my parents house and have a partime job because I still study)

We had not so much in common.

She told me we only had good sex.

I always came by in the weekend, most of the time for sex. Yesterday I texted her if she wanted to be friends with benefits and she responded with: I'm going to think about it, Okay?

So I don't know how to respond atm, should I read the message and ghost or just say something like okay?
