Eh...I see it as a personal autonomy issue. If there is no fraud or coercion and they are of age to consent, a woman has every right to make her own choices (and deal with whatever consequences) when it comes to her own body.

Come to think of it, it's not really a gendered issue. The same could be said about men in gay porn as well.
