As a business owner, a huge pet peeve of mine for the last decade is female employees. American women react to male clients and customers in a professional, service, or retail environment the same way they do in their private lives- foul and hateful if he's unattractive, or over the top positively, showing him favoritism over other clients/customers right in front of the others, if she thinks he's attractive. Both drive away customers. As a business owner, I can tell you this is the reason women really don't belong anywhere working with the public or in any professional environment. I know that sounds crazy, but it's time we started taking a good, long hard look at this problem.

I have fired so many women over the last decade for hateful behavior to clients, primarily men, either face to face or answering the phone. (Not to mention a horrible lack of productivity)

Women raised in the U.S. are simply not intelligent enough to comprehend what professionalism actually even is. It's where you treat everyone equally and with respect regardless of who they are and what they want (within reason obviously). And of course the customer is always right.. but that doesn't work into the American female's scheme of things of course, particularly if he's male. We live in a society that wrongheadedly trains females from birth that men are stupid and always wrong, because Feminism is the rejection of all moral and male authority, so it doesn't take a genius to figure out that these two concepts, 'the customer is always right' and 'men are always wrong' are going to have a really nasty head on collision every time.

95% of the women working with the public nowadays aren't just unfriendly, they're out and out confrontational- just looking for a fight with a male, which is just beyond insane. She'll try to be extremely dominating and of course this is simply extremely rude and when the male customer reacts in horror, she will quickly escalate the situation into a full blown scene, because she is aware of the fact that all she has to do is simply call security or the police and have him removed. Women today are obsessed with extremely petty displays of 'power' particularly over men in an attempt to belittle them and exhibit superiority. But ironically, they do not realize that this very display of confrontation and petty power demonstrates extreme inferiority and not only drives away customers and clients, but also repulses any quality men in her personal lives, thus why bikers, drug addicts and other assorted losers and trash are so popular with women- it's all they can get.

As men, when we start a new job with a new company, we quickly adapt into the new environment because we possess the cognitive ability and highly advanced social skills through practice to work as a team. American women on the other hand, are the extreme opposite of team players and expect the workplace to adapt to them. (having developed absolute zero higher socialization skills, simply because they lived their whole lives having everything done for them and handed to them).

This is the 'nest' mindset women bring to the workplace - the same as when they move into your house and begin to build their 'nest' so to speak- they are attempting to do the same in the workplace, and the workplace wasn't designed for any of these attitudes or dysfunctional behaviors. The workplace was invented by men, for men, not women, thus the immediate strain and stifling effect they immediately have on the workplace. You can just feel the hate, contempt, jealousy, spitefulness and vindictiveness and you can cut it with a knife it is so thick.

I finally had to adopt a policy of no more female employees - they left me no choice (not to mention the constant risk of losing my business due to the possibility of legal bills having to defend myself against females making false accusations & fraudulent lawsuits looking to cash in). In fact, it's gotten so bad over the last few years that I refuse to even take on female clients representing other companies as well, because of all the same reasons plus the fact that they will simply flake out in the middle of a project and/or stop payment. They will take 6 months to make one simple decision that men will take one day to make as well- costing me to the point where I no longer am even going to make a profit. Women clients are simply bizarre and everything immediately becomes strained and weird and horribly dysfunctional and shut down. Women themselves have even more of a disdain of working with each other than I do. The sugar coated gooey niceness that women show to each other is all fake and is actually a highly sophisticated form of condescension most men are unable to perceive, not having minds deviant enough to comprehend what is actually going on. Women possess the highly sophisticated social skills that are all dark - manipulation, deceit, lying, fraud and illusion.

Start paying attention to how kind, pleasant and professional and helpful men are in any business you go into, then notice how sullen, passive aggressive, condescending women are and how eager they are to turn down business and tell customers 'no' simply in an effort to get out of having to actually work or try to be very bossy with customers - that's just insane. Women in the workplace is akin to pouring sugar in your gas tank.

I also stumbled upon something that startled me the other day- when I looked up the definition of mental retardation in Wikipedia:

And I realized, my GOD, that describes American women to a tee!! After decades of being raised to be completely unaccountable, zero social skill development, taught nothing but brain-rotting Feminism in school, they have essentially become retarded for all practical purposes. I'm not clowning around here- I'm serious as a heart attack.
