So I was texting with this girl on Instagram who liked my pictures and I decided to experiment with teasing and how far I can go.

We started texting and I decided to tease her a little bit before asking to meet up. She asked me about my job:

"What do you do for a living?" her

"I am an IT Consultant and also stripping on the side" me

"Are you serious *shocked monkey emoji* her
"lol jk, I am not an IT Consultant." me

"What? So you are a Stripper?" her

"*laughing emoji* Dont make me laugh. Are you confused?" me
"Of course I am. You keep telling me different things." her
"I am just a Consultant :)." me

"Yeah, whatever." her

I think she feels insulted because of the "dont make me laugh" part. I dont know lol I think my joke was hilarious and I would have laughed if someone told me that shit. And I definately would have recognized that this person is not being serious.

Should I tease her for being mad ? Something like : "Do you always get upset this qick?" Or should I wait a couple of hours and switch topics because she cant take jokes. Or am I an autistic fag?

A couple of things.

First you need to learn when to let something go and change the subject. You festered on this one a bit too long. And worst of all you broke frame by telling her you are just a consultant. Meaning you weren't willing to follow through.

If you have never met this woman in person before and are only talking to her on Instagram, the problem is that with women you haven't met, their guards are up a lot more. They are looking for reasons to disqualify you even more than they would in person.

Which leads me to point #2, while A&A is fine, I wouldn't have gone with the stripper part. It's a bit too risky and weird and at the same time realistic. Girls will believe it, and its not an appealing profession for them to believe about you unless you have a ripped body. You need to go with something a bit more outrageous and unbelievable. I've had the most success using janitor for the "what do you do" shittest.

Patience.

You're busy this weekend. Fine. Don't try to force the issue, then. Sometimes things just don't work the way you want them to. However we are wired to want things now, want instant gratification now.

Patience is a hard virtue to learn, especially when it comes to women. To this day its still something I am working on personally. You're better off playing the long game. Women are fickle when it comes to scheduling, but what I've learned is that if they want to see you, they want to see you, and they will put just as much effort if not more into seeing you then you will.

In other words, if she really is down, you don't have to try. If you feel like you are having to try too much, chances are she isn't into you.

I had a girl last month who was totally into me, and when I suggested we meet up, she was cooperative, replied immediately and put just as much legwork as I did into making it happen. We had concrete, explicit plans set in stone in 15 minutes.

Compare that to another girl I was talking to. I try to make plans, wait 2 hours for her to respond, get some wishy washy response in return. It was clear meeting up with me wasn't a priority for her.

It sucks, but that's just how it is.
