Hi long time lurker first time poster. Sorry if this is a jumbled mess I haven't slept yet and Im all kinds of broken up. So my fiance and i have been together for 6 years and she had a daughter when we met who was 6. I have since raised that child like it was my own and then two years ago we had my son. We lived in Georgia which is where we are both from for our first 5 1/2 years together in July we moved to Portland Oregon to be near her family. My job hasn't been so great since I moved here and she had to go back to work. Well she met someone there and last night it came out that someone she worked with had serious feelings towards her. I asked if she felt the same way and she couldn't give me a straight answer so a fight commenced my she slept not the couch. I went to bed and laid there and at 5 I got up to use the bathroom. She was still awake and i figured she was texting him so I told her I wanted to see her phone to see what was said. I got her phone from her and I read the text after reading them I knew we were done. So I texted the guy confronted him about it and got the truth. I asked if he know she had kids and he did but he knew nothing about them not that my son was 2 or my daughter was 12 or that my daughter was autistic. He knows nothing about them but said this is what he waited. So he came over we all talked and my wife told me that he was the one she wanted not me and left with him. Now I have two children and they are my world she wants me to keep them as she thinks I am the better parent and she just couldn't handle it anymore. She wants me to stay here in our house and she would go be with him and she would help with bills. Now I do not have custody of my stepdaughter so I know things are not going to go smoothly there. But I am rambling so I'll get to it what rights do I have to my son I want to leave Oregon and go back to Georgia I don't know what to do about all of the and I am terrified please help.
