Wow...that's just sad. What in the fuck does your genitalia have to do with how well you can run a business? And what legislative authority does the EU have that enables it to discriminate on the basis of sex? I hope the European Parliament shuts this down.

I think its funny that women envision themselves as equal yet need quotas in order to get high profile positions. Quite pathetic if you ask me. If women were truly equal (in business, mind you), then they would be able to get 50% of board positions based solely on merit.
