Specifically almost every single reply tells him to either ignore it or study at a different location.

What if it was his dad calling his mom a crazy slut and a whore? I think the ratio of those advocating non-intervention would suddenly be flipped.

You've got to be kidding me.

The poster's parents are loudly fighting with some choice language. There's nothing in that post to suggest that the fights are frequent, reoccurring, and always involve belittlement and emasculation of the husband. There is nothing in that post to suggest that the husband is completely in the right. There is nothing to suggest that anyone in that household is in any danger. The majority of the post is legitimately about the OP's academic concerns.

Y'all are really reaching with this one.
