Your feelings are your own, and I can't judge their validity or appropriateness without a more thorough understanding of your life and experiences. While I can comprehend how you could have such a visceral reaction to feminists, be sure not to conflate feminists for women in general. Feminism does not represent all women (no matter how much they swear they do); many women oppose what feminism is/has become, and there are plenty of men who are far worse in their zealotry.

Bottom line, I can't speak to how justified your feelings about feminism/feminists are, but try not to fall into the trap of developing a universal hatred of women because of your feelings towards feminism.

I'm going through something potentially similar right now having recently started researching the world from the perspective of an MRA. My guess is that the initial culture and perspective shock will wear off eventually and we'll be able to function normally again. Perhaps a bit more guarded and skeptical, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
