My friend and I were applying to a local Gamestop a while back and I'll be blunt, I am a stereotypical computer nerd. I am large and have some confidence issues but I know my stuff. I know games, systems, and I am a great salesmen. My friend is a 19 year old, hot scene girl that knows almost nothing about gaming. I've known her all my life and I love her to death but....I am furious that she got the job even though I put in multiple applications, went in every week or so and was doing follow ups. She did one app and get the job right after an interview. I am convinced that I was fucked over and I am extremely irritated about this. I really don't know why I am righting this....I guess to vent? I just hope some people can understand how I feel right now.
