I don't even have words for this. I can only pray this judge gets found guilty of corruption, asks for an extension and approval for his lawyer, and is denied at the last second.

My two cents: Make some Anti "Robert E Murray" commercials, and buy commercial time on some local TV and radio stations in Maine.

Broadcast said commercials, and hope that a recall or something to that effect gets initiated.

I'd be happy to put up money for that.

This is so staggeringly wrong, I can only believe we're missing something.

On the claim of medical care, the jailing agency takes the burden of continuing care on themselves when they jail somebody. Failure to do is a violation of the 8th amendment and as such is a federal criminal and civil crime. One in which the individuals who cause it to happen do not get immunity due to their job.

As for denying a prisoner access to their lawyer is a sixth amendment violation and once again is a federal criminal and civil crime.
