I think she's doing something worse.

She's taking one incident of bad parenting and a bratty kid, she notes there were two other boys with much better skills, and nevertheless she manages to blame the first kid on patriarchy and rape culture.

Its a boy in preschool, of coarse the boy will knock down blocks and destroy shit. They are at that age where they are learning how to be a person especially how to act like a child. In their eyes its just all fun.

I can't believe a women got butthurt over a boy knocking down a block castle in preschool that she can state he'll be a rapist with control issues when he's older. Theres no possible way to predict if someone will rape and hurt or someone will be harmless.

There are times when I observe a child, boy or girl, misbehave in public, and their parent does little to nothing about it, and I think about what kind of adult they're going to become as a result of being raised by someone who doesn't care to teach them manners.

Difference is, I don't draw a correlation between a rambunctious little boy with some admittedly crappy parents, and a drunken asshole who doesn't like the word "No". I need to see a lot more than just block castles getting repeatedly knocked down before my mind starts heading in that direction, because contrary to popular opinion, rape is a pretty extreme thing for a male to reconcile in his mind. Trust me, I've been through some shit, and still couldn't do something so horrible to anyone.

I know it's a lurid metaphor, but I taught my daughter the preschool block precursor of "don't get raped” and Boy #1 did not learn the preschool equivalent of "don't rape."

Take each of these three boys and consider what he might do when he's older, say, at college, drunk at a party, mad at an ex-girlfriend who rebuffs him and says “No, I don’t want to. Stop. Leave.”
