Ok man some pointers:

1) If she gave you her number you should only be texting her for a meet up. You can make some small chat preferably some playful humor (using a push,neg) and then set up a date.

2) Never start complementing or pulling a girl via text. Its not the way to show her you are attracted to her.

3) Setup a date in a place you know and are familiar with. Preferablly a bar or some place people know you and have the logisitics if you are going for the bang the same night.

4) Game her when you meet up for a date you cant forget the fundamentals.

Lead the way. By picking the venue and any other spontaneous plans for the night. Do not let her choose the place or activity it will lead you into her frame and she will not see you as a leader. Also taking her to different places in the same night establishes her being more comfortable around you.
Do your best not to engage in purely logical conversations. Never answer her questions logically. Be playful. Push/Pull - Play with her emotions.
Be ready for shit tests.
YOU MUST ESCALATE. You must use KINO to show you are attracted to her. I am a firm believer that touching a girl in some form or fashion whether it be a hug, putting your arm around her, touch her lower back signals to her you are attracted to her. Talk sexual. Make sexual jokes. Put the idea of sex in her head.

5) Close - Weather this ends in a kiss or you end up banging the girl you have to close. Invite her to your place for a drink. Go for a kiss in the bar. Do something. If she is not into you she will let you know.

Side note: The girl doesn't have a DGAF attitude she just is not interested in your because you came on to fast. You rewarded her when she did not earn it. If your going to complement her complement her looks not her psychical beauty. If she is attractive she probably like most women have an abundance mentality and have a whole list of dicks to choose from.

Couple things off the bat. Telling her you think she's cute may have been too much at this point. If you must say that to her then push-pull by telling her she's cute but disqualify her in some other way. "You're cute but I think you may be a little too crazy for me."

But midway when texting

Texting should be used to set up logistics. If you feel you need to get a little repertoire with a girl because she may not be warmed up to you then do it sparingly. Set up a date in less than 10 text messages. Texting leads to trouble, context is missing and you can easily say something that stupid.

It's obvious shes interested since she gave me her number

Girls give out their numbers all the time. It's an easy way to weed out the creeps as she just won't text back.

The only thing at this point is to wait for her to respond. Do not text her back if she hasn't replied to you. Ask when she's free to get a drink and set up a date.
