Far as i can tell the punishment exceeds the offense. Even if we take the man's version of the incident at face value and the woman did go a little overboard with her payback, this situation shouldn't have required any more than telling them all to act like adults.

If the roles were reversed the guy would of been looked as a rapist. A simple slap on the ass depending on the person is a joke. Take your firing like a woman and move on.
