I'm not really sure if you know this but Marxism is simply being against capitalism. I'm sure you've never read Marx but his economics are brilliant and beautiful. Communism became what it did in the hands of lennon and stalin, which is why there is a distinction between communism and marxism, they are two completely separate things. We often treat the word "Marxism" like someone's just told us they were an evil person that wanted evil things, but in reality they're simply a person that feels that capitalism is unjust towards the working class.

So to answer your question, I'm not sure it's really a big deal to want to move all of our members into the hands of someone who believes something different about capitalism. Marxism is simply an economic theory, and it has nothing to do with this board
