That Cam vs Raw case was interesting. According to the lawsuit, it was the man who lied about birth control (vasectomy) and deceived the woman into becoming pregnant. What a douchebag.

Of course, all the women who deceived men are also douchebags, but still, it's interesting to see the roles reversed.

Not that I'm saying rape is contraceptive fraud, but this is similar.

Men who have impregnated a woman through raping her are legally allowed visitation and custody in many states. That's so incredibly fucked up, but I know people (like this author) are fighting against it. I'm not saying contraceptive fraud isn't messed up, but I'd rather spend 18 years paying child support than 18 years having to deal with my rapist and letting him take care of my child.
