Out of curiosity. Is the NO female soldiers in Austrailia? That sounds strange as there is often atleast a 100 in every country that allows it.

A little side note regarding strong female leaders; It's not often there's a female going for the top position and makes it. But just because she reached it doesn't mean she's good at it.

Just like there's an upstream of shitty male leaders, there's shitty female leaders.

I find it sad that feminists worry more about having women leaders in society than good leaders in society.

There is the obvious reasons. Giving someone a position simply because of their gender is sexism. It also means that the leaders are of less quality if their gender got them there over someone who was better.

But even the more deeper reasons. It means that people of the male gender must work even harder to get that position. It means that the services that position fulfilled now no longer fulfills those services as much. And it even hurts women, because it doesn't advance them, or give them more opportunities.

Yet affirmative action will continue, and these groups will continue to halt the progress of not only gender politics, but of societies which they bestow their secretly authoritative force. They don't want to actually judge based on performance, because freedom doesn't satisfy their agenda.
