As opposed to "some man made me do it; I was drunk/stoned; I have bipolar/depression/Borderline; I was raped; tears when all else fails".

If you voluntarily took drugs, you ARE responsible for your actions under said drugs. Same goes for emotional states. If your body committed an act without being forced by someone else you still did it. Can someone beat their spouse because they were drunk/on drugs? Absolutely not. Victim mentality is not a defense.

I don't think anybody who is "in their right mind" would, y'know, crash an SUV through an office building. Doesn't mean they're still not responsible.

That said, what does this have to do with men's rights? Insanity pleas are pretty common for both genders, I imagine.

And that’s why prescribing (or just selling) hard drugs that are actually worse than the shit that’s illegal, is just plainly, horribly wrong.

Nothing like considering giving Speed and Ecstasy to children a “normal thing that everybody does”, just because it got another name.
