How about we fucking ban this disgusting, dangerous procedure. A parent does not have the right to put their children in unnecessary danger like that.

A parent does not own their child, they have guardianship. If you own something (such as your own body) you can do what you like to it. If you have guardianship, you have a responsibility to look out for the child's safety, and do not have the right to perform unecessary comsmetic surgery on an infant, regardless of their beliefs - especially when doing so would endanger the infant's life.

The fact that it's totally legal to fellate an infant is bad enough.

The fact that it's only legal if you do it after having sliced off a piece of the infant's genitals under inadequate anaesthetic, if anaesthetic is present at all, makes me want to empty my medicine cabinet into my body.
