There are no religious children. There are only religious parents. Opting to have yourself circumcised due to religious beliefs is acceptable; opting to have someone else circumcised due to you enforcing your religious beliefs is abhorrent.

No. You're not born a religious person. You're born an atheist and you are then raised to believe whatever religion your parents want you to believe. The choice to permanently alter one's body should always be the choice of each individual person for themselves and never for another person, especially one who can't give their consent.
