I am shocked that none of these articles, be it favorable or against quotas, really shows Warren Farrell's hard evidence that salaries are already equal or already biased against men.

No hard data, no listing of Farrells 25 reasons why women earn less

Neither politicians, nor the press, ever mention data, by Farrell or even the US government, that shows that the wage gap is a myth and that affirmative action simply promotes women in front of more capable and deserving men. It is shocking that the truth is simply hidden and forgotten.
