I've said it before and I'll say it again. If the false paternity rate is 35-45-50% when a man suspects false paternity it would be a freak of population statistics for unsuspecting fathers to have a rate of less than 10%...
You just have to assume the women get away with out being suspected and not tested 1/3 of the time.
