Reading another article about this, it seems that anti-gay sentiments would be more at fault for the nanny filing false reports than anti-male. To many bigots, homosexuality is a perversion. It's simply a continuation of this perversion for gays to be deviant, either with children or in other awful ways.

there may be some hemming and hawing over the thought of a single father, but there's a substancial bias against gay people raising children. to overlook that fact is to have total MRA tunnel-vision.
