Utterly unbelievable , I have just read up on the issue in NH and listened to the some of the hearings.

To me it looks like when a system breaks down due to unaccountability and no other checks and balances that spirals out of control. A marvelous example of Democracy gone awry, a bit like the "Prison Experiment" in Berkeley.

Similar problems are happening all over the Western World.
