Frankly Utah has an appalling record in this area. They are acting as if they were Child Protective Services and deciding on the fitness of the parents. They have no business using best interest of the child principles in this matter.

A fundamental human right is to raise their own children, only those with judicial powers have the right to take a child from a parent and only do so in exceptional circumstances. If they feel there are problems then refer to Child Protective Services

This lot needs to be investigated.
