Though a man is legally innocent a government judge will automatically order that the husband lose eighteen years of income ~$200k+ ($800 monthly x 18 yrs), over half his assets $50k to $ 250k, while 'awarding' him most all the marital debt ~50k, in a divorce he may not want (unilateral), for little or no reason (no-fault).

He ought to start hiding assets.

If the woman were instrumental in him making the money, she would know about it in the first place.

Of course, the law is wrong, not the lawyer who gets the most money for his female client. Of course, one might call it immoral.

I don't see anything wrong with stashing money, by either spouse. So long as it doesn't cause financial hardship and the money being stashed is what they respectively earned by doing their job.

I know I like to have some spending or emergency cash that I can use at my own discretion. My fiance is the same way.
