Minnesota’s Equal Parenting legislation that passed the state House of Representatives 80-53 last week has effectively been killed by one man, Senator Warren Limmer. This shill for the family law industry is blocking the bill being presented to the Senate for a vote. This is the 13th consecutive year such dodgy tactics have been used. Shared parenting will not happen while this man is in office.

It is beyond disgraceful for Warren Limmer to block a vote on this legislation which 80% of the public supports. However, if 41 senators vote to bring the bill to the Senate floor for a vote, it effectively bypasses Limmer’s committee.

Show that MensRights have a voice and will use it. Force Limmer out, make an example of him. Call and email state senators and politely ask that he/she vote to bring this bill to the Senate floor for a vote.
