If this guy was actually rapist, I would still be opposed to him getting kidnapped and beaten. We have a justice system for a reason, and it hasn't exactly shown reluctance to punish rapists.

Same thing happened to someone I know. Only they spiked his drink with something, woke up on the side of the road naked. Also other things I won't mention.
