I come here today, for some advice:

So, i'm interested in a girl who works at a hotel, so she always has to work at different times and even on the weekend. I want to ask her out for a date - of course i don't ask her when she's free, but tell her the when and where - but there's the problem that i could always be unlucky and pick a time, where she has to work.

Now, if she would be interested, she would come up with something else, but i don't want to give her the power to decide. On the other hand: If i would come up with something else, it would seem needy, what i, of course, want to avoid.

So: Do you have any good advice for me in this situation?
