Anyone feel like having an awful nose is worth surgery? I would be a very good looking guy with a feature that lowers me 2-3 points.

It’s just long, not crooked wide or a bump. I struggle with this hard, I saw a surgeon last year and decided to not go through with it. I said fuck it this is me and how I was born, fuck everyone, I like me.

Now trp has me in a different mind set, it seems like this is a major cockblock for me but men here also say they bag chicks with game.

Any thoughts? I have an appointment end of the month and really just am struggling as this is a huge decision. Will it kill my gram with people or coworkers who know me?
