That wasn't the Gawker Style at all. First off the headline has to be a question like "Does Jezebel support violence against men?" or be more incendiary, "Jezebel demands brutal violence against cat callers". The article would then have to be snarky and sarcastic in tone, while maintaining the superior attitude of the blogger in an obnoxious fashion. If there is angle of racism, it has to be played.

Just to be clear Gawker Media doesn't hire journalists. They hire bloggers to comment on other people's stories It's rare for them to actually get original content, like when they fell ass backwards into a prototype iPhone 4. So all the copy is usually conveys all the themes, including creating a new monster, with a link to the real content at the bottom.

There should be a MRA site with that kind of editorial tone, and a better sports site then Deadspin. Can't believe how bad that site is.
