I have a best friend, kid I grew up with since we were fourteen years old experiencing first hand that America doesn't like single dads.

Long story short, he was in the Army got a girl pregnant overseas, married her so he could be there as a father to his child(Because his wasn't.) And then she turned crazy. Extremely crazy.

Physically abusing, mentally unstable, lies and accuses of him of everything in the book, and in the end all she wants is money. Has put her child's life in danger more then once and yet the Judge refuses to take custody away from her. DHS, the child's lawyer, my friend's lawyer all tell this Judge it is in the best interest of the child to for him not to be around this woman. Yet it doesn't matter, she is his mother. Despite mental institution records of her instability, police records of her physical abuse against my friend.... Despite everything. And I have just barely covered a some part of what she did to him.

And now here I look for help. I truly need it for my friend. I feel so completely useless and helpless all I have been able to do is just lend him some money for lawyer fees.

He is in New York, so state laws apply to him there, and I just need help trying to figure out a way he can save his child and keep him protected from this evil evil person. Who he found out is trying to harm his child so he will SNAP and then hurt her so she can "win" the divorce.
